I have created this channel to encourage all of you to follow your passion apart from doing a professional job. I was fond of healthy cooking and was regularly doing physical exercise in my early days.After doing job for 20 years in telecommunication sector, now I realized that for healthy body flexibility is very important and it can be achieved with yoga easily, but it requires full dedication and regular practice.
