Hey, I’m Melanie Adams, a home DIY, garden, houseplant, and design enthusiast living in Colorado. I'm a former architect and interior designer who recently started my own business selling houseplants. (This is what happens when you let a plant addiction get out of control!) I started DIYing because I'm stubborn, and would rather figure it out myself than pay someone to do it. Luckily, the delulu that I can be moderately good at just about anything usually carries me through. Most of the time I have no idea what I'm doing, but I figure it out along the way (sometimes kicking and screaming). WARNING - I have a potty mouth that occasionally makes an appearance. I do things differently - but I like it that way. If you're a stickler for doing things the "right way", this is not the place for you.
