Hey! We are Christine and Marc Steiniger and we are Certified Personal Trainers, Corrective Exercise Specialist and PN1 Nutrition Coaches!  We own The Sweat Box, a Group Fitness, Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching studio online and in person in Kitchener, ON.  Marc spent 20 years in tech and decided to begin his own healthy lifestyle journey in 2013 - the year he turned 40! Over the course of 3 years, he lost over 80 lbs.  Chris’s passion for fitness drove her to change careers and launched her Personal Training Business back in 2016.
