I’m an entrepreneur anchored by my Social responsibility, the more we expand, the more profits we should earn, those excess profits are funnelled into projects designed to help our societies most vulnerable. All property purchases come with a gamble, but I believe passion and determination ultimately determines whether the gamble pays off or not.The creation of my first hotel, Signature Living, was one of desperation, In one way the crash 2007/8 put an end to my business, but then strangely, opened up doorways that seemed darkened but I was galvanised by losing it all and had nothing to lose, which ensured that I saw no differential from the darkened corridors of bankruptcy to the darkened doorways cascading hope.My first hotel, was as you would expect a huge gamble, this Hotel had been put into liquidation, it owed its bankers a staggering £9 million pounds and I had secured the freehold for just £825k and so my life as an unlikely Hotelier/developer had begun.
