Florida Introduces Physical Activity and Nutrition to Youth (FLIPANY)'s mission is to empower youth and their families through physical activity and nutrition education programs while raising awareness and creating policies for a healthier community. FLIPANY is disrupting the way health and wellness support is offered to communities that have been historically ignored. We serve nutritious food, encourage healthy eating and get people to move, but our work is so much more: We “sit at the table” with families and kids, and work tirelessly to inspire them to transform their lives with healthy meals and consistent physical activity. Partners seek our support again and again because of our relentless drive to find out-of-the-box initiatives that will ensure equitable access to healthy living for everyone.
