I enjoy movement and cherish connections between individuals and their ideas 🙌 I am a student of life - an observer of the tao. I love studying the I Ching, human design, the science of exercise and the brain, physics, mythology...anything that sparks my curiosity. I believe in having a sense of openness because we can learn so much from others and our environment.
