Welcome to our channel! Darrell Vydra, DO, DPT, is a physical medicine & rehab (PM&R) resident physician at the UT San Antonio, & 2021 pain fellow at Mayo Clinic. Prior to medical school obtained he obtained his bachelor's in biology & exercise science and worked as an ACSM trainer before going to physical therapy school and obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). Christian Wirawan is a medical student with an interest in sports medicine. He obtained his degree in neurobiology, physiology & behavior from the University of California, Davis. Together, we apply our medical, injury and rehab, and musculoskeletal knowledge for an evidence based approach towards overall fitness.
