Hailing from Kalavryta, Greece, my culinary journey began surrounded by the lush landscapes of Peloponnesus. Fueled by a childhood dream, I evolved into a full-stack Chef after studying in Athens and the Greek islands. In 2015, Dubai called, providing an opportunity to showcase Greek culture at the One and Only Royal Mirage and co-create Dubai's renowned restaurant, Ena. Since 2019, as the official Ambassador of Greek Gastronomy in the UAE, I've shared the magic of Greek Mediterranean cuisine worldwide, infusing traditional dishes with a modern twist. Rooted in childhood memories, I approach cooking as an art, expressing love for Greek cuisine. Leading a dedicated team, we offer exclusive services for those who appreciate unique, fine dining experiences.
