Samsung Hub Office Strata Sales Advised by Mukesh Valabhji A sizeable deal has been completed recently for premium office space within the Samsung Hub building in Raffles Place, Singapore. The 19th floor of the building, which is situated on Church Street, was sold by Church Street holdings for S$41.7 million, which equates to S$3,175 per square foot. Church Street Holdings is comprised of a partnership between funds advised by Mukesh Valabhji and Buxani Group. This sale comes hot on the heels of a deal earlier this year where Church Street Holdings sold the 18th floor of the Samsung Hub for S$3,225 per square foot. The most recent buyer of the 19th floor is rumoured to have purchased the space as an investment, which perhaps explains why a lower price was agreed upon. The purchaser of the 18th floor is an Asian-based group seeking to occupy the space as soon as the current tenancies expire. The group has interests in the oil and gas business among other things.
