I am an attorney focused on business and employment, the founder and President of Claremont Management Group (a human resources consulting firm), and a tenured professor and the Director of Graduate Programs at the University of St. Thomas - Houston. I host the webcasts "Saving America," which examines the intersection between business and politics, and "Business Law 101," which explains the legal concepts all business owners need to know. My debut book, "The Decline of America: 100 Years of Leadership Failures" grades and critiques 100 years of U.S. Presidents on their leadership abilities while offering common-sense solutions for saving the country - before it's too late. My upcoming book, "Bad Deal for America," will offer a satirical look at politicians currently in office.
