Welcome to the official Healthy Minded YouTube channel! In a world rich with information, much of that information is coming from sources with hidden vested interest to sell a product or a drug. So much of it is contradictory and confusing. We can can be forgiven for getting frustrated and lost when it comes to making healthy choices of what to eat, what exercise is ideal and how to address sickness, obesity or injuries. We have been told for decades to remove salt, don’t eat eggs, avoid fat and then it is suddenly the message is reversed again. Healthy Minded started because of conversations between Dr Joe Kosterich and Personal Development Coach George Helou. Their passion to improve critical thinking, sift through the confusion about how to be healthy and get to the reliable truth was a high priority.
