What's up, party people?! My name is Dre (like the doctor). I love 90s/2000s throwbacks, so you will find a lot of fun dance workouts here with just that! I've been a dancer my whole life, so you might notice a little more choreography than on other channels. All levels are welcome! The most important thing is that you have FUN. I'm here to make your workout fly by. I also created a year long playlist-powered strength training course for dance fitness fanatics. Basically, I designed a toning program to take you from a lifting newbie to a total pro - all while set to themed playlists.
