Hello all and welcome to True MasterSon Gaming and Fitness. I decided to start this channel because i have not been in touch with my creative side in so many years it hurts. The two things i enjoy most in this life are video games and lifting weights and staying fit. Video games are like therapy for me, sitting down and diving head first into a good game is the only thing i have found as of yet that takes my mind off my troubles. People say why not go take it out on the weights? I just cant do it if i am in a crappy mood i have a crappy work out, so video games are my escape from reality and i love them for it. and i have been playing video games since the commodore 64. I have also been in the gym for the past 12 yrs lifting and working on my body and i love it it keeps me grounded and helps add structure to my life. So i put this channel together to share my experience in the gym and my experiences with video games.
