Welcome to the Northstate CrossFit YouTube Channel! Our CrossFit facility is located in Redding CA We believe CrossFit is for EVERYONE! We know this because we have seen CrossFit change so many peoples' lives and in a relatively short period of time. We have worked with and seen vast physical improvements in people of ALL walks of life. The focus of this YouTube channel is to help instruct you on the movements that are common in all CrossFit gym's as well as to show off the skills of some of our amazing athlete's at Northstate CrossFit.
