I lived and worked in the UK until 2006 when I started a new life in France - I started this channel talking about life in France and the differences between life in France vs the UK and what it's like living in France. Life in France is wonderful and it was the best thing I ever did but there are always differences between the two countries that I hope to share within this channel showcasing what life in France is like. It was always a goal to start a life in France at 55 but after a few life-changing events I rewrote my goals to start life in France before hitting 40 which I achieved. Within this channel, a new playlist has been developed named ' Yoga - Health and Fitness ' where I discuss the popularity of naked yoga around the world and the history of naked yoga. Naked yoga was first recorded in 400 BC - today naked yoga classes can be found in 11 different countries and I explore why it has become so popular and what are the health benefits of doing a naked yoga class.
