Mash Direct the brainchild of Martin and Tracy Hamilton, was launched in 2004. The Hamilton's have been growing vegetables on their farm in Co. Down, Northern Ireland for the past 20 years, supplying the wholesale vegetable market all over Ireland and the U.K. The Hamilton's decided to diversify and after careful analysis of current market trends, changes in eating habits and lifestyle patterns, they saw the need for convenient, healthy, ready to eat products to suit modern consumer demand. Mission: We guarantee supreme freshness by growing our vegetables on our farm before steam cooking for maximum flavour. They are then gently mashed with a custom made 'masher' so as to give the taste and texture of homemade mash.
