I am from Vietnam and I came to Ireland 8 years ago. I have always loved cooking and chose to start cooking professionally 7 years ago. I am privileged to have had the opportunity to travel and live in 16 different countries. This has given me invaluable experience and knowledge of people from different cultures and the different foods eaten in these countries. I teach a wide variety of dishes from many countries but I specialize in Vietnamese dishes. I also cook some traditional Irish dishes with an added Asian twist. I am passionate about food, constantly trying to improve current dishes and create new ones. I love to share and help others to experience to same love for cooking that I have.
