Greg has had some fitness challenges. From a busy work schedule to weeks at a time on the road getting content for his social channels, to a serious car accident, he's had a difficult time staying active and eating well. His best friend Orion has stepped in to help him go from the least healthy he's ever been to the best shape of his life. Join two best friends on their Bodyssey, a journey to transform Greg's daily lifestyle and add years to his life. They'll be consulting fitness experts, changing Greg's nutrition, and adding cardio and weight routines as Greg learns how to balance his life and health.
