I'm so excited you found my channel! I decided about a two years ago to take my health into my own hands learn how to cook on this ketogenic diet. I've seen incredible results from a low carb high fat diet. The hardest part for me was learning how to cook on the ketogenic diet. I've dedicated myself to sharing what I have learned thus far.
