Hey everyone, it's your girl MsMya here!! First and foremost, thanks for hitting that SUBSCRIBE button. So, I decided to embark on this new journey (which I named Health is Wealth) after two surgeries for endometriosis. I began the quest to "Health is Wealth" journey because a healthy self requires to HealThy Self from the inside/out. You see, I was overweight, I dealt with insecurities, had just recently been traumatized due to a "situationship" (that's a whole other channel lol). I knew I had to heal from past emotional trauma and spiritually, baby....I was going downhill. I began working out, I began getting spiritually aligned and once I faced demons the GLOW UP was real. True healing began, now don't get it twisted, I am still a work in progress; however, I am at a better place emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. So, enter this journey with me and let's dance like no one is watching.
