Hello Everyone My name is Preeti Rao and I am here to introduce myself as being uniquely positioned in my field as both a Mortgage Broker and a Real Estate Broker for close to 20yrs. Very often clients have concerns that they may not qualify under the bank guidelines. I understand my clients’ concerns and work with them by educating and guiding them on the steps to take, to be able to successfully realize their dream of being a homeowner. I have authored 3 books: The first book, “Selling Secrets You Can’t Afford to Miss”, is geared towards educating my clients who are looking to sell their homes. “The Complete Guide to Buying a Home”, is the second in the series and is the absolute handbook for buyers. “Best Selling Options in a Divorce” is geared towards helping my clients NOT make the mistakes I did. I am the recipient of multiple awards. The one I am proud of most is when my clients voted me Best Real Estate Broker 2021, Mississauga - Readers Choice Diamond Award
