I’m Yadin (pronounced Jayden), the face behind this channel and I’m delighted to share my passion for food, photography, and design with you. As a photographer and graphic designer, I have always been captivated by the art of visually capturing the beauty and essence of food. Originally from Mexico, my love affair with food was nurtured by the vibrant flavors, rich spices, and diverse culinary traditions of my homeland. However, my journey took an exciting turn when I moved to China six years ago. Living in this culturally diverse country has exposed me to a variety of new flavors, techniques, and ingredients that have profoundly expanded my culinary horizons.
