About

This channel focuses on health optimization. In other words, I help others improve their health and wellbeing by sharing what I've learned over the past decade about diet, nutrition, exercise, sleep, recovery and more. I was born and raised in Austria. I speak German, English, and Spanish. Since moving to the U.S., I have lived and worked in the Alpharetta/Milton area of Georgia. In my twenties, I was a professional 100m sprinter. These days I do mostly CrossFit and I follow an animal-based diet and intermittently fast several days a week. I'm married and have two trilingual kids. My goal with this channel is to share what I've learned so you can use that information and be the best version of yourself.
