Dear Friends, Welcome To Arpitas Cookbook! From my early childhood days, I have been an avid collector of recipes. Being brought up in a cross-cultural environment, I was exposed to food from various parts of India. I used to collect the recipes from my mother, grannies, aunties, and other women in the neighborhood. This actually helped shape my interest in exploring recipes in various Indian cultures and beyond. During this journey, I also developed a passion for cooking. A few months back, while I was going through my old recipe diaries, cherishing old memories, this thought went across my mind, "why not share my collection and experiences with the big wide world !". Thus it all began. Food tempts us, motivates us, helps us express ourselves, nourishes us, and above all it also "HEALS US".
