This space is all about making healthy eating easier and more enjoyable than you ever thought possible. I'm here to help you eat well, live well, and BE well with healthy living tips, easy and delicious wellness recipes, and nutrition advice. When I was hit with rheumatoid arthritis, out of the blue at age 41, I was at the peak of my career. I owned a successful bakery and cake studio and was appearing regularly on Food Network as a featured cake artist. I healed from my illness without undergoing toxic treatments- I overhauled my diet & lifestyle and went back to school to study nutrition- and in the process founded a health coaching practice helping others to take back their health just as I did. All of the recipes on my channel are gluten-free and also free of corn, nightshade vegetables, cow's milk dairy, beef & pork, processed sugar, and soy.
