Hi there! Welcome to my channel where I post free barre classes of varying lengths for you to enjoy. I am a licensed Barre Eclipse teacher based out of Costa Rica. This style of barre combines the best of barre, yoga, HIIT, pilates and strength training. It's accessible for any level of fitness and designed to empower you in your body.
