I love my Instant Pots! I have always loved cooking and baking but the Instant Pot has allowed me to sort of cheat a little but without feeling guilty about it. In fact, I have felt even more inspired to try new recipes and prepare dishes that I might not otherwise prepare on a weeknight. The Instant Pot gives me that confidence that I can prepare a great meal and/or dessert ANY night of the week. I will never call myself a master at anything because once we stop learning, where do we go? I hope you enjoy my demos.
