Hey! I'm Anna and I've been vegan for 4 years. I love making comfort food and have always been a huge pasta lover so didn't want to sacrifice any of it when I went vegan. I have an Instagram account (@plantbasedpastaparty) and a blog (pbpasta.com) where I share my recipes but I wanted to be able to show how I do it and give some of my tips and tricks on YouTube! I live in Montreal with my boyfriend Max and my dog Panko. We're from New York and go back often so I have lots of Montreal and NYC vegan restaurant recommendations - and other places too!
