Hi I'm Michelle, welcome to my kitchen! I love cooking & teaching so I created this YouTube channel for any home cooks out there interested in learning more about the foods we eat or anyone who wants to learn to cook for the first time. I'm a firm believer that the only "stupid" question is the one that goes unasked. I have a strong curiosity about the science behind cooking & baking and once I learn something I'm excited to share it with others. On my channel I hope to help any bakers/cooks who want to learn simple how-tos and answer some of the "whys" behind cooking techniques.
