My fat to fit journey: Hey, my name is Alex Fortes, an average 46 year old from Philippines. I pulled off a weight loss of 30 kilos in 6 months from 108 KG to 78 KG. I would like to share my story here. My story is about how I planned and achieved weight-loss the natural way without any surgery. Just diet, intermittent fasting, do HIIT cardio exercises, body building hit in the Gym but most probably workout at home.
