We're currently exploring strategies for improving your performance in the BSG and GLO-BUS management simulations. While BSG and GLO-BUS are specific to the strategic management textbooks written by Thompson, Peteraf, Gamble, and Strickland, other simulations may follow a similar format. We're only familiar with BSG and GLO-BUS (principally GLO-BUS); but, it's highly likely that the actions we suggest for these simulations will be good advice for other simulations and, OF COURSE in the 'real world', as well.
