Welcome to my channel! I am a nutrition and fitness coach who loves to help people learn to train and eat in a way that aligns with their goals! Most of my shorts are brief exercise demo videos which I use to reference in client programs while the majority of my longer form content is about my personal training/ nutrition adventures during off season/ prep for body building competitions- I currently compete in the figure division.
