I create videos around machining, welding, knife making and Fusion 360. My projects are a mix of customer projects, or personal projects and a few tool reviews or equipment reviews along the way. I am open to new ideas so if you want to see something, let me know! I'm a certified machinist with close to 8 years full time machining, although that was many years ago. I have been making knives for years and other metal work and wanted to start making folding knives which led to a new Knife Patent in 2021. The name - BladesIIB has 2 B's for my name, Bud Beets, and the Roman Numeral II for second generation knife maker since my Dad also makes knives, and Blades - because a big part of my hobby is making knives! I have always been a tech geek and love making movies and I figured it was time to combine hobbies so my channel was born.
