We love to cook and try new gluten-free recipes. We lived in an RV for a few years and during that time we made so many things in the crockpot, countertop oven, and on the grill! We even made rice and cheesecake on the grill. Our trusty, well-worn slow cooker was also essential during this time, and today I still use it often. Slow cooking is my favorite way to cook. Since then, we've also discovered multi-cookers. Now we have several... if only I could make the perfect one!
