Hello and welcome to my channel! My name is Alexa, I post videos that have to do with health, productivity, lifestyle, and advice. I am 25 years old, I have type 1 diabetes, and I am currently getting my masters in psychology. I am here to help YOU be healthy physically AND mentally, while also doing it with you! I want my videos to motivate you, inspire you, and make you happy. While also giving you fun, lighthearted, relaxing, content that you can go to in order to escape reality.
