Namaste! I am Alpa, certified Yoga teacher from Lakulish Yog Univershity. I have been practicing Yoga since more than 7 years and teaching yoga for more than 5 years. Yoga brought positive change in my life. I became more aware, confident, empathetic. I have experienced that yoga is not only about asanas or physical fitness but it's lifestyle which balances our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects. Now my mission is to pass on this knowledge to the needy people and help them healthy and happy life by adding values based on whatever I have learn so far. I have experience teaching yoga to Adult senior citizen, kids, couples. I specialize in Traditional Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga and different techniques of Meditation. I have basic understanding of Nutrition and satvic food which I am following since years for overall well-being.
