GET ACTIVE CHANNEL This channel name is GET ACTIVE. I am teaching Exercises for all levels. You can get a lot of benefits during the exercises. You will be getting the solutions for all kinds of problems such as back pain, knee pain, heart, joint, weight, blood pressure, inflammation problems, and so on. I will be releasing 2-3 videos each week which will include step by step instructions. I would also like to share a bit about myself. I have a Degree in BSc computing, Masters in MSc IE and also, a diploma in teaching Yoga. Yoga and Exercises are a great passion of mine and I have been practicing this over 20 years now. This is one of my main motivations for starting this channel. I wanted to share the many benefits of Exercises and yoga physically, mentally and also spiritually.
