This channel was created for my own personal self expression initially, but as I mature I realize it's more therapeutic for me to discuss and problem solve how I cope with the stressors of life. Everyone has them and I feel like it's very easy to develop negative coping strategies but the goal of this channel is for my viewers to learn how to change our stres into growth.
