The Saddleback ("Hill") is situated on 67 rolling acres in central Mississippi along Doaks Creek. It is a place where you will learn how to cook some good southern food, how to plant a garden, how to manage a farm and even how to prepare for the apocalypse. You'll also learn about the equipment used on the farm. A number of videos will even be shared about the non-human farm residents....the farm critters. - ABOUT - Most of the videos that you see on the channel are created by Terry. She is a Christian, avid self-help enthusiast and a nationally certified emergency manager who grew up in the south but has lived across the country. She is married to Brian, who is retired from the United States Coast Guard. She is also the mother of six children and grandmother to two grand-children.
