"Sugar and Salt" is a channel for healthy, easy to make and pocket friendly recipes. The recipes are made by a housewife who keeps health first while cooking. But sometimes a change is good and so, I cook to satisfy taste buds only. The significance of the term "Balance" in the existence of Universe, human lives and ultimately in the food we cook, made me name my channel "Sugar and Salt".
