Welcome to Holistic Chef Academy! We’re Jamie and Thara, a Thai’rish chef duo creating a new wave of holistic culinary education. From our jungle kitchen studio in Phuket, Thailand, we share vibrant, 100% plant-based recipes rooted in whole foods, global flavours, and conscious living. We cook for health, sustainability, and joy with no processed vegan products or meat substitutes, just real food with purpose. With over 25 years of Michelin-level culinary experience, Jamie has trained under chefs like Gordon Ramsay, Thomas Keller, Michael Caines, and Corey Lee. In 2015, a personal transformation led him to shift from cooking for accolades to cooking for health and vitality. Together, we’re now developing a permaculture farm and cookery school in Galway, Ireland - a space to reconnect food, land, and education.
