Welcome to Tony Abbs Muscle Workout, where your trainer Tony (10 years old) makes you strong and fit! The channel started in August 2021 with basic home workouts and very basic video editing skills. Thanks to the awesome inspiration, guidance and support of the youtube community, the channel has grown with a variety of workout-related content of various levels of seriousness. Please check out the 'Channels' tab - for a variety of channels that I follow. I try to keep these mostly fitness and workout related, but there are also some other great channels there that I found interesting. The channels range from the 'big names' through to brand new channels that are just starting out and need all our support! (Let me know if you have a channel that I should check out). And for those kids who want to start a channel, please get your parent's permission first! Though this channel has Tony front and centre in all the videos, he is supported by a large team (in terms of weight, not people).
