The Nutrition Education team at the Commission on Economic Opportunity is committed to teaching families about good nutrition and healthy lifestyles. Interact with our Nutrition Educators as they provide educational sessions to children and adults of all ages, including food and cooking demonstrations, nutrition tips, recipes, nutrition activities, resources, and more. By teaching young and old how to plan meals, shop and cook together, we can fight food insecurity.
