I started making vegan baking videos for three reasons: 1. I LOVE to bake. And I wasn't about to give that up when I went vegan. I wasn't sure if it was possible to still bake vegan treats that are as good as the original. (Spoiler alert, you can.) As I got more cookbooks, I realized it's super easy to make any normal recipe vegan. Score for vegans! 2. It's a good way to keep myself baking and trying new things. And it's working! I keep pushing myself out of my comfort zone and trying recipes I've always wanted to but never made time for. 3. I want to inspire people who want to bake but have no experience to bake. (It's a tongue twister I know, just go with it.) It sounds daunting and scary, but the best way to learn is to just start baking!
