I’m a 14-year military veteran and former Health Promotion Coordinator who rebuilt my own health from the ground up, losing over 30 pounds and resetting my habits, discipline, and standards. I didn’t get results by chasing trends; I got them by learning what actually lasts. That led me to become a First Aid/CPR instructor through the American Red Cross and commit my work to helping others prioritize health the right way. Now, I coach people who are ready to stop starting over and build a strong, healthy body they can maintain for life.
