Welcome to my page. I am a International fitness model, competitive bodybuilder, business owner and physique coach. I has been working in the fashion industry for the last 8 years and has modelled for some of the world’s largest fashion houses such as Dirk Bikkemberg’s, NEXT, The Watch Shop TV commercial. I have been lucky enough to travel around the globe to compete at some of the largest shows with some fantastic results. Most recently placing 1st at the UKBFF fitness model division and then 5th at the IFBB UK Olympia. I am the competition prep coach and physique consultant for TEAM BOX, helping people achieve their goals, change their body composition in a healthy, scientific & realistic time frame. My educational background and interest in nutrition stems from my BSc at the University of Bath and I am now studying with the International Society of Sports Nutrition.
