Hi, I am inspired by nature, the amazing sea, sunsets, sunrises, the bright moon, starry skies, trees, flowers and all that is natural. I swim in the sea and love the shock it gives me and brings me in to focus. I started making soap recently, using natural oils, butters and plants I grown in my garden. Plants like calendula flowers, camomile, rosemary and lavender. I feel so lucky to live near the sea in Dublin, Ireland. Each day the sea and sky and sun paint a new picture. The sound of the waves breaking, the fresh air to breath and the horses or dogs you might see along the way. I know many people don't live near the sea, but I'm sure there is some natural beauty around you, just look up to the sky or watch my videos if they can inspire you a little of what beauty nature holds. It calms the mind and stills the heart and can fill you full of hope.
