Owner Ronald Saracino has been in the automobile field for over 32 years working up the ranks of some of the biggest new car dealerships in Connecticut. Learning all phases of sales, service & parts, he opened this dealership with one thing in mind, "How can I please the customer and still be profitable by giving them a trouble-free car?" Ronald has been to every sales seminar under the sun. It accomplished very little in customer satisfaction area, only the sales end. So he went back to the drawing board.
