I'm a Broker/REALTORⓇ serving the North and South Carolina coastal region with REAL Broker, LLC. I have over 11 years of full time experience representing buyers and sellers of single family, condo, condotel, interval ownership, vacation, and investment properties as well as primary residences for those local or relocating. This includes ocean front, intracoastal, golf course, rural properties and land within an area stretching from Oak Island NC to Pawley’s Island SC including areas an hour inland. I have an incredible network I refer to for properties or areas that are not my expertise. I am passionate about responsible development practices that protect the air, land and coastline from harm while also supporting sustainable building, local small businesses/farming efforts, cruelty free and veteran-owned companies alike. I'm currently pursuing my GREEN certification with NAR. My certifications/ designations include MRP, ABR, e-Pro & C2EX.
