Welcome to the Ragnarok Ready family, first and foremost this is an emergency preparedness channel. Here you will find reviews on common preparedness brands. This is not a sponsored channel nor will it be. This way I can remain unbiased and deliver the truth to all of you. This is not a news channel so I will not deliver news, however on occasion may react to and give my thoughts and feelings on it. I’m an advocate for the ketogenic lifestyle as well as intermittent fasting, as it has saved my life. Health both mental and physical is our #1 prep. I have a lot of projects pertaining to emergency preparedness I look forward to share in the future, and will go into successes and failures in prepping so none of you repeat my mistakes. I’ll also upload occasional treadmill video game sessions for those interested in that.
